The following terms and conditions govern all use of BriGxel Solutions' products, platforms, and services (the "Platform") and all content, services, and products available at or through it. These services are offered subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions and any additional operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, BriGxel Solutions' Privacy Policy), and procedures that may be published from time to time by BriGxel Solutions (collectively, the "Agreement").
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By accessing or using any part of it, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Platform or use any services. If these terms are considered an offer by BriGxel Solutions, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
The terms "you," "your," and "yourself" include your employees, agents, business representatives, and any other individuals you provide access to the Services through your Account (as defined below). You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Services through your account are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
When you use the Platform or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Platform. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All content included on this Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of BriGxel Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Platform is the exclusive property of BriGxel Solutions. All software used on this Platform is the property of BriGxel Solutions or its software suppliers. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Platform may be the trademarks of third parties. Your use of the Platform grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any BriGxel Solutions or third-party trademarks.
If you use this Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. BriGxel Solutions reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
BriGxel Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Platform following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. BriGxel Solutions may also offer new services and/or features through the Platform in the future. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Optional paid services are available on BriGxel Solutions' platforms and digital services ("Upgrades"). By selecting an Upgrade to any of our products, you agree to pay BriGxel Solutions the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments are charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you subscribe to an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for the specified subscription period. Upgrade fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you notify BriGxel Solutions before the end of the current subscription period. By agreeing to automatic renewal, you authorize us to collect the applicable subscription fee for the upcoming period using any payment method on file. Renewal notifications are sent prior to processing to ensure transparency. You can manage your subscription settings, including cancellation, through your account dashboard.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription through the account settings section of the platform. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Afterward, all premium features and associated data will be inaccessible, except as required by law.
BriGxel Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms. Termination will result in deactivation of your account and deletion of associated content. Any outstanding charges must be settled at the time of cancellation.
Refunds are not offered for subscription fees already paid unless required by law. Exceptions for refunds are made solely at the discretion of BriGxel Solutions under extraordinary circumstances.

You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform will be in strict accordance with BriGxel Solutions' Privacy Policy, this Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations. Your use of the Platform must not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BriGxel Solutions, its contractors, and licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of this Agreement.
BriGxel Solutions provides features for analyzing and storing data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and that any data you process does not violate the rights of third parties.
